What are your delivery charges?
Items are sent out via Royal Mail and vary according to weight and where they are going. Please see our delivery charges here:
When will I receive my order?
We aim to get your order to you within 2-3 working days of being dispatched. All orders are shipped from the UK.
Can I add an item or change my order after I have placed it?
Once you have received an order confirmation from us, your order will have been inputted into our back office system and can no longer be amended through the website. If you do wish to amend your order please contact us, and as long as your order hasn't been sent to the warehouse for packing we can update your order for you. Please note: we cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been placed as it may be already processed.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
Please contact our customer service team on +44 Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm with your order number and they will be happy to assist you.
I have received my order but something is missing or damaged, what should I do?
If your item is missing, faulty, damaged or not as expected please contact us first, either by email or call us on +44 (Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm GMT), and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance).
I do not like an item I have purchased, can I return it?
We hope that you love every single item that you purchase from us. However, if you do need to return an item for whatever reason, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable. Please return the item together with your returns slip and we will process the refund/exchange once we have received your item.
