We will pay for return shipping for faulty products within 21 days.
We will pay for the item to be returned for a refund, a credit note or an exchange.
As a courtesy to our customers, Diggity Dawg will pay for return postage for items sent in original packaging, unused within 30 days. Please contact us by email, putting Return in the subject line so we can quickly see to the return and to your satisfaction.
Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious colour difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. We ensure all items are quality inspected for condition and function before shipping. However, sometimes errors occur so we will do our very best to make things perfect. We will pay for the shipping for products returned within the 21-day period.

Return & Exchange Policy
For all returns approved and paid for by Diggity Dawg, we will email you a 48 hour tracked Royal Mail label.
Repackage the product to return, including all parts and instructions.
Download the label and print.
Cut and attach to package.
Take to post office to be scanned and ask for proof of postage.
No further action required.
REFUND: Your refund will be processed within 14 days and we will email you as soon as the refund has been processed.
Please do not write the returns address or send the item back without the label as it contains essential information to process your refund.
Refunds or exchanges are issued once the item is received in our office.
Please note: We cannot accept goods that have been used, deliberately damaged or damaged through use. Products must be returned in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and with tags attached.
After the 21 days and up to 30 days from date of purchase, we will issue a credit note or offer an exchange.
Please examine your products and advise us of any problems within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and put REFUND or RETURN in the subject line. We will provide a reply normally within 1 to 3 business days.
Changed your mind? No longer needed. The customer is responsible for return postage and should provide all relevant tracking information.
Did you receive the wrong item? We will pay for the item to be returned or we can offer a discount on future purchases.
Please note - if you haven't already contacted us to arrange or authorise the return, we will be unable to process it.
