Did you receive the wrong item? We will pay for the item to be returned for a refund, a credit note or an exchange.

Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious colour difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. We will pay for the shipping.
